This week, we celebrate a belated birthday WOD for “Captain Jack” Rayner! Jack turned 23 on Friday 25th April and this WOD is dedicated to the little fella on the left in the photo above!!! Jack is a fantastic athlete and has worked exceptionally hard over the last few months to be as competitive as possible! His max lifts have increased dramatically due in no small part to his willingness to be disciplined in the kitchen as well and add some serious size to his frame! His relentless dedication to his craft will undoubtedly see Jack have an outstanding 2014 CrossFit season and a huge future in the sport! Happy belated Birthday Jack!
