WOD 10/11/14: “Louise”


This WOD is dedicated to our newest member of the month, Louise! Lou has only joined recently but has already integrated wonderfully at CFT thanks to her infectious cheerfulness and positivity! Often accompanied by her awesome kids, Lou is a great student of the movements we teach at CFT and she always works hard to put into practice the coaching advice she’s given. She has already made massive strides and has recently gotten over a big fear of Box Jumps! She’s improving so rapidly that she Rx’d her first individual WOD this week! Lou is from Bendigo originally and upon starting at CFT, she remarked that our community is like that of a “country town”! It’s that awesome sense of camaraderie and togetherness that bonds our members and its people like Lou who make it such a special, inclusive group! Keep up the great work!
