WOD 16/6/14: “Jarryd!”


This weeks WOD is dedicated to our resident quiet achiever, Jarryd Godino!!! Jarryd first step foot into CFT in the old days at Catherine Street, but he has truly made his mark in 2014! A man of few words, but an athlete of remarkable consistency, Jarryd continuously makes improvements in the box and is super diligent in recording these. Never one to make a song and dance about his achievements so it’s time for us to celebrate them for him with his very own WOD! Jarryd, your developing into a fantastic athlete and could be a real dark horse for the CFT in house competition on July 19th. Hope you enjoy your WOD legend!
