WOD 17/11/14: “Chris P”


This one is for a true CFT legend, Chris Picken!!! Chris is one of the early CFT originals who started training with us during the days of sharing with a martial arts dojo and early morning WODs in the park!!! He had to leave at the start of the year to study in Tasmania, but he continued his CrossFit journey while there. Now he’s back and we couldn’t be happier! He’s a beast of an athlete and one of the nicest blokes your ever likely to meet. If you haven’t yet met Chris, make sure you introduce yourself to this CFT “OG” and ask him about the old days!!! Great to have you back mate and I hope you enjoy the WOD!
