WOD 1/7/14: “Kelly – Turmoil Version!”


This variation on a classic CrossFit girl is dedicated to our very own Kelly, who happens to be our new member of the month! Kelly is a popular face at the box and has achieved a huge amount since joining at the start of the year. She is a diligent, consistent worker and she competed in her first competition in May at the Charge vs Turmoil Pairs Throwdown. Kelly takes a no nonsense approach to her training which has definitely rubbed off on all her peers. And did you know that she has the best Overhead Squat in 9 inch heels known to man?!!!
