We were lucky enough to be featured as one of Melbourne’s best CrossFit boxes in this article by the Urban List last week. To celebrate this awesome honour, we are releasing a set of WOD’s named after our members over the next few weeks! Our members are truly the reason behind any success our box achieves and we want to start by acknowledging one of our longest serving members, Kate Legge-Wilkinson! Kate, also known as “Machine”, is one of our top female athletes and recently captained our first ever team at the NC Fitness Open! She is also one of the most humble, likeable and kindest people you are likely to come across in a CrossFit box and is a hugely respected member of our community! We salute you “Machine”, we hope you like your workout!

Part A:
5 min AMRAP @ 80% ME of:
3 x Pull Ups
3 x HSPU
6 x Hollow Rocks

Part B:
Box Squats 3 x 5

Part C:

Every 2 mins for 10 mins, complete
50 x Double Unders and AMRAP of Squat Cleans 60/40
