WOD 20/10/14: “Dani!”


Today’s WOD is dedicated to self confessed veteran, Dani!!! This bloke moves like a dream and at 46 (he has no problem mentioning his age!!!), he moves better than most people 20 years younger than him! And when I say move, I’m not just talking about Squats and Pull Ups – he keeps it quiet but Dani used to be quite the break dancer back in the day and occasionally treats us to a move or two! He still hasn’t bust out the robot mid-WOD but the day he does, the videos going viral!!! Dani is a popular member of the 10am class and with a dedicated work rate, his lifting is now catching up with his gymnastics and making him a very well rounded athlete. A top bloke and a superb member! Enjoy your WOD mate!
