Part A:

All Levels:

A1) Front Squats 5 x 5, across

A2) Ring Push Ups 5 x 5-10

Part B: “Find The Bar!”

Competition:

With a 10 minute running clock, complete an 800m Run & 15 x Snatch 60/42.5. In remaining time, complete AMRAP of Bar Muscle Ups.

Performance:

With a 10 minute running clock, complete an 800m Run & 15 x Snatch 42.5/30. In remaining time, complete AMRAP of Burpee Pull Ups.
Fitness:

With a 10 minute running clock, complete a 600m Run & 15 x SDLHP 42.5/30. In remaining time, complete AMRAP of Pull Ups.
