WOD 5/5/14: “Emily”

Our new Member of the Month is Emily!!! This was one of the only photos we had of Em (she’s in the middle) but I’m sure they’ll be cool action shots aplenty after the Charge vs Turmoil Throwdown this weekend! Em has quickly established herself as CFT’s resident “events organiser”! Not only has she organised our first big social outing at Brunswick Mess Hall on Saturday May 24th, but she has also organised a CFT team for the Melbourne Spartan Race the following weekend on Saturday May 31st (register here)!

Em is a hugely passionate part of the community at CFT and is developing into a kick-ass athlete too! Her ridiculously fast Double Unders are the envy of many at the box! Always striving for ways to improve and always happy to help others integrate themselves into the wacky, but wonderful world of CrossFit, Em is a hugely integral part of our community!

Em, you are an absolute superstar and we hope you enjoy your WOD! Your customary member of the month socks will arrive in the next week!
